Uplifter allows you to download invoices in PDF format for orders placed through financial organizations that have enabled the invoice download feature.
Important
Invoice downloads are only available if the financial organization has activated this feature.

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Access your Dashboard
Log in to your Uplifter account and open the CART PAYMENTS menu from the left-hand side panel.
Note: the name of the menu may vary slightly depending on the platform you're using.
2. Select the Cart
Choose the cart for which you want to download an invoice.
3. Choose the Invoice Type
If any order in the selected cart is linked to a financial organization that has enabled invoice downloads, you will see two options:
- OFFLINE INVOICE
- ONLINE INVOICE
Select the button that matches the payment method used:
- Click OFFLINE INVOICE for payments made outside the Uplifter platform (e.g., cheque, bank transfer).
- Click ONLINE INVOICE for payments made directly through the Uplifter platform (by credit card).
4. Download the Invoice
Once you select an option, a PDF invoice will be generated. Download it and share it with the relevant person or organization.
What’s the Difference Between “Online” and “Offline” Invoices?
- Online Invoice: Includes all processing fees related to online payment methods (platform fees + payment fees).
- Offline Invoice: Shows the total amount without online processing fees, for payments made externally (may still include platform service fees).
