Managing Organizations in Your Sports Platform

Overview: Membership, Sanctioning, and Certification Processes

To provide a more streamlined and intuitive experience, our platform has been updated to independently manage three distinct types of sports organizations:

• Membership Organizations: For managing member registration, and membership dues.
• Sanctioning Organizations: For overseeing events, competitions sanctioning approvals, and/or club annual affiliations.
• Certification Organizations: For managing coaching, officiating, or athlete certifications and qualifications.

This separation allows for dedicated tools and metrics tailored to the unique needs of each organization type, all accessible from a central location.
 

Accessing Your Organizations

All three organization types are now accessible from your main dashboard, each with its own dedicated section.

Navigate to your Dashboard and look for the three distinct sections:

• Membership Organizations
• Sanctioning Organizations
• Certification Organizations

Each section displays a list of the organizations you manage, presented in a familiar, easy-to-read format.
 

Managing a Specific Organization

To begin managing an organization, follow these steps:

On the Dashboard, select the relevant category (Membership Organizations or Sanctioning Organizations or Certification Organizations).

Click on the specific organization's name from the list.

This action will take you to the organization's dedicated management page, where you will find a new, streamlined menu bar.

Once you've selected an organization, you can access the following tools from the menu bar:

•  Metrics Dashboard: View real-time performance indicators and key statistics specific to this organization. Information available may vary depending on the type of organization you’re managing.
• Reports: Generate and download detailed reports on various aspects of the organization's activities.
• Configuration: Adjust the organization's settings, rules, and custom fields to match its specific operational needs.
