What’s Happening?
Chase, the parent company of WePay, informed Interpodia that they are shutting down WePay operations in 2024. Starting July 1, 2024, Interpodia customers will no longer be able to process payments using WePay.
Interpodia will be releasing the next payment system on its platforms, by mid-2024. This change represents the future of payments for Interpodia and its platforms.

What will happen to my credit card data?
Your credit card data is being securely stored, ready for migration from WePay.
Is there a charge for this migration?
There is no charge for the migration of your data from WePay.
Will my processing rates change?
Your processing rates will not change.
Next Steps
Manage Your WePay Account
- Log into your WePay account
- While on the Account Activity tab, in the Activity section, select the dropdown next to Showing

- Choose Total Sales, All Activity, or Deposited Amount
- If needed, select Search Options button
- Then select the Please select a date range dropdown and choose between Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Month to Date, or Custom
- Select Search
- Above the list of results in the top right corner, select the down arrow and a CSV file will begin downloading.

- All payouts have been settled into your bank account
- There are no refunds in progress or all refunds have been completed
- There are no open chargebacks or all open chargeback disputes have been resolved

To minimize the burden of data migration, Interpodia is working with WePay to migrate credit card data to its new partner behind the scenes. We will migrate all saved credit card data for all customers.
