Affiliate my organization
Before creating your team, please note that in order to participate in the CBQ, your club/school/program must be affiliated with Basketball Quebec and that EACH of your players must have a valid BQ membership on Playerweb.
If you have not yet affiliated your club or Sport-Etude program, and followed up on your athletes' memberships (via individual registration or via import), please follow the following affiliation process:

Keep track of my players' memberships
During your organization affiliation, you can chose one of the following options:
- Club / Association
- Each of my players registers individually online: in which case, make sure to share your club portal link with each of your members
- Bulk import: in which case, it is necessary to complete the import of your member list
- S/E program or concentration (agent)
- Bulk import: in which case, it is necessary to complete the import of your member list

Create a team and pay the participation fee
Registration page for Circuit Basketball Québec (CBQ) 2022/2023
1- Click on "Create a team"
2- Enter the name of your team
3- Select the category of participation of your team
4- Choose if you will start to register participants directly or not
5- Choose the payment method:
- Online by credit card, select "NO" to the question "Would you like your club / school / organization to be billed for registration fees at a later date?"
- Offline (check, transfer) via the creation of an invoice in the name of your club / school, select "YES" to the question "Would you like your club / school / organization to be invoiced later for the registration fees? "
If you choose the 'offline later' option, you will need to enter your school / club billing information:
6- Click on "create my team"
Register participants/players in my team
If you have a large number of players to register, you can, once all your players have validated their membership on Playerweb, contact info@playerweb.com to ask to have visibility on all the profiles of the members of your club or program that are already affiliated with Basketball Quebec. The Playerweb support team will add them to your list of profiles accessible from your club or program admin user account.
If you have chosen to register the players at the same time as the team, then start them in step 3.

1- Click on "Register participants"
2- Search the name of your team in the search bar, then select the team from the available results
From the "teams" menu of my playerweb account (if I am the person who created the team)

1- Click on "manage the team"
3- Then "add a participant"
Then, for everyone
3- In the "Who do you want to register" section, if the player is not in your list profile available from your user account in the drop-down menu, click on "Register someone else"
4- Enter the information: Name / First name / Date of birth / Gender / Email, then click enter
5- If the player already has a profile on playerweb (and he should if his membership is up to date), then you will see the following screen:
Please note, if the player does not have a membership on their profile, you will see the message below which forces you to add a membership to the cart in order to register this person. If you do not need to pay for a membership for this player, then please contact info@playerweb.com for assistance.
6- If the player is in good standing, you can simply click on "validate and add another participant", and repeat step 4 until all your players are added to the team.
7- Once the last player has been added, click on "validate and continue to the basket"
8- If you have already paid the team registration fees, then the total of your basket is $ 0, you will simply have to click on "SUBMIT AND COMPLETE" to validate the registrations:
