Each time a VSC is submitted, the PSO admin will be notified by email. If the VSC is approved by the admin, they must verify it under the Attributes & Records Section under the person's membership details. You can access a person's membership details by looking them up HERE:

2. Background Check
1. The list of coach memberships pending approval is available here
2. Once you have selected the person you need to approve, scroll down to the bottom and click on their file upload:
3. Once reviewed, click on how to complete next to the incomplete background check requirement
4. Click on the Upload Manual Background Check button
5. Add the person's name on the note, the background check completion date and upload the document:
