What happens when a registration is refunded/cancelled?
When a registration is refunded and/or cancelled, the bib number that was attributed to this person will remain tied to their identity on the system. If you would like this bib number to become available again, you will need to delete it.
How to delete or update a bib number?
Open the person registration details for any of the Timber Tour events and scroll down to the ATTRIBUTES & RECORDS section where you will be able to delete the bib in order for it to be available again:
If you want to then replace it by another bib number that is currently not in use, simply click on edit and add the desired bib number
You can either add a number manually, or click on generate number and the system will generate the next available number.
How can I access the bib information for ALL registrants?
The scoring report is available from the individual events. However, if you need to access the entire list of registrants with the following information:
- First name- Last name
- Sex
- DOB
- Age
- Event(s) registered for
- Category registered for
- Bib number
It is accessible from the report section of the series here.
How can I make sure that a bib is not still tied to a 'cancelled' registration?
A dedicated 'cancelled registrations report' is also available from the series reporting section here.
