In team registrations, sometimes a team member can no longer attend an event, and you may need to replace them with another participant.
If your event requires a provincial membership (which is non-transferable), or if waivers must be signed electronically by each participant, the replacement participant will need to complete their own registration.
You can follow these steps to change a team member:

Cancel the original participant's registration, and remove them from the team.
If the original participant would like a refund for their provincial membership, they will need to contact the provincial federation directly to request it.

Create a coupon code to waive your event registration fee for the new participant.

Invite the new participant to register for the event as an individual/solo participant using your coupon code.

Once their individual registration is complete, add the participant to the team.
