Get your alpine club's Club Dashboard ready on Uplifter Snow each season: submit your annual configuration request, choose how fees are collected, review the dashboard Uplifter prepares, test it and submit it for review.
- Your Club Dashboard is set up again every season. Each level of registration (Alpine Canada memberships, provincial or territorial sport organization (PTSO) memberships and club registrations) gets a new setup, so each season’s registration data stays separate.
- Choose one configuration option each season. Option A collects club fees and association membership fees together. Option B collects only the association memberships; your club collects its own fees separately.
- Option A needs a payment processing account. If your club uses Option A for the first time, Uplifter helps you set one up.
- Uplifter prepares a draft dashboard for you. Uplifter’s response time follows its service agreement with your organization.
Set up your alpine club’s Club Dashboard on Uplifter Snow for the season: submit your configuration request, review the draft, test the registration and submit it for review.
-
Submit your annual configuration request
Open your PTSO’s club application from the list below and complete it. Along the way, choose Option A or Option B (see "Configuration options" below).
-
Set up payment processing, if you chose Option A
A club using Option A for the first time needs a payment processing account to receive its share of the fees. Contact Uplifter Support to get started.
-
Wait for your draft dashboard
Uplifter configures your Club Dashboard based on the option you chose. Uplifter then contacts your club with a list of details to confirm and review.
-
Review and edit your Club Dashboard
With Option A, review the registration page, programs, prices, dates and emails before you open registration. Follow Set up your Club Dashboard and club programs for each setting.
-
Test your registration
Select View Registration Page on your Club Dashboard and register as a member would. Create test profiles under your own account, such as "Test Youth" and "Test Adult". Start with an empty cart and stop before Submit & Complete. If you complete a test registration by mistake, cancel it.
-
Submit for review
When your registration is ready, select Submit For Review. Uplifter contacts you about the final steps before you go live. See Submit your Club Dashboard for review and go live.
Configuration options
- Option A: Integrated registration. Members pay club registration fees and their PTSO and Alpine Canada membership fees online, in one registration on Uplifter Snow. The fees are split automatically between the club, the PTSO and Alpine Canada.
- Option B: Separate club registration. Your club collects its own registration fees outside Uplifter Snow. Members register and pay their PTSO and Alpine Canada memberships online on Uplifter Snow, and those fees go to the PTSO and Alpine Canada automatically.
