Alpine Ontario provincial staff can download the Membership Verification Report (including Sport Accident Insurance Policy (SAIP) status) from the Reports tab of the Alpine Ontario Club Dashboard for the current season.
- This report is for Alpine Ontario provincial staff. Club administrators don’t use it.
- Use the main Alpine Ontario dashboard for the current season. Open the one named AOA or Alpine Ontario Alpin, not the Alpine Coaches dashboard.
- SAIP is the Sport Accident Insurance Policy. The report shows members’ Alpine Canada membership status together with their SAIP insurance.
- Update before you download. Select Update first, so the report includes the latest registrations. The report downloads as a CSV file.
- Screenshots may show an earlier version of the screens. The steps describe the current screens.
As Alpine Ontario provincial staff, download the Membership Verification Report (including SAIP) from the Alpine Ontario Club Dashboard for the current season.

Open your Club Dashboards
On the Admin Dashboard, select Clubs → Clubs/Teams.

Open the Alpine Ontario dashboard
Open the AOA (Alpine Ontario Alpin) Club Dashboard for the current season. Don’t open the Alpine Coaches one.

Open Reports
Select the Reports tab.

Find the report
Scroll down to the club reports and find Membership Verification Report (including SAIP).

Update and download
Select Update beside the report. When the update finishes, select Download. The CSV file saves to your computer.
A report only includes registrations up to its last update. If the numbers look out of date, update it again and download a fresh copy.
