How to sign in to the Uplifter Knowledge Base, submit a support request, track the requests you've submitted, and follow articles and sections — including what each request status means.
Who this is for: Anyone who has created an account on our Knowledge Base — available for all members and clients.
Where to find this: The Uplifter Knowledge Base, using the sign-in link in the top right of any page.
What this is: How to sign in, submit a support request, view and track the requests you've submitted, and follow articles or sections for updates — including what each request status means.
Signing in to the Knowledge Base gives you two things you can't get as a guest: the ability to follow articles and sections so you're notified when they change, and a Requests page listing every request you've submitted along with its current status. You can submit a request without signing in, but only requests submitted while signed in appear on that page. Skim ahead to whichever part you need.
Sign in to the Knowledge Base
- Go to the Uplifter Knowledge Base.
- Select Sign in in the top right of the page.
-
If this is your first time signing in, select Sign up
and create a passcode.
- We encourage you to use the same email address associated with your Uplifter account, so your Knowledge Base identity and your Uplifter account stay linked.
- You can enable two-factor authentication on your account if you'd like an extra layer of security.
- Enter your email address and passcode, then select Sign in.
Submit a new request
Submitting while signed in is what links the request to your account, so it appears on your Requests page and you can follow its progress.
-
Select Submit a request in the top right of the
page,
beside your profile icon.
- On a phone or tablet, open the menu ☰ in the top right, then select Submit a request.
- Complete the form. The more detail you give us, the faster we can help — tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and the steps to reproduce it.
- Select Submit. You'll receive a confirmation email, and the request will appear on your Requests page with a status of New.
Track your support requests
- Select your name or profile icon in the top right of the page.
- Select Requests.
- You'll see every request you've submitted, along with its current status. Select any request to view the full conversation or add a comment.
Request statuses at a glance
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| New | Your request has just been submitted and hasn't yet been triaged or assigned to an agent. |
| Open | An agent has been assigned and is actively working on your request. The ball is in our court. |
| Pending | We've replied and are waiting on a response from you — typically because we need more information, or because we've resolved the issue and are confirming it's closed. The request automatically becomes Solved if we don't hear back within 72 hours. |
| On-hold | We've replied and are waiting on something internally — for example, following up with a colleague or another team — before we can send a more complete reply. This isn't waiting on you; we'll follow up once we have an answer. |
| Solved | We consider the issue resolved. If you reply to a solved request, it automatically reopens and moves back to Open. |
| Closed | A solved request is automatically archived to Closed after a period of inactivity. A closed request can't be reopened or commented on — if you need further help on the same issue, submit a new request and reference the original request number. |
Follow an article or section
Once you're signed in, you can follow any article or an entire section to get notified when it's updated:
- Open the article or section you want to follow.
- Select Follow near the top of the page.
- You'll receive an email whenever that article or section is updated. Select Following again at any time to unfollow.
