You are on the Ski Québec Alpin membership landing page. 

This page provides important information about the available memberships and the registration process. 

To begin, click “Start My Registration.”

You must now select the person you would like to register. 

You can: 

• select an existing profile; 

• create a new profile. 

If you create a new profile, complete all the required information. 

Once the information has been entered, click “Register.”

The system automatically displays the memberships available based on the athlete’s age. 

For example, if the athlete is 11 years old, only memberships available to 11-year-old athletes will be displayed.

Select the membership that applies to your situation. 

FIS Memberships and Insurance 

If you select a FIS membership, the system automatically selects the mandatory insurance level associated with that membership. 

If you already have external insurance that meets the requirements, select “Sport Accident Insurance with an External Insurance Provider.” 

Once you have selected your membership and, if applicable, your insurance, click “Continue.”

You must then select your current club. 

This step is mandatory. 

To find your club more easily, use the search bar, then select your club from the list of results.

Ski Québec Alpin will then ask you to provide additional personal information required for your membership. 

Complete all the requested fields. 

Required fields are identified in red. 

Make sure all required information has been entered before continuing.

7. Depending on the membership selected, additional information or documents may be required. 

For FIS memberships, you will need to provide a medical evaluation.

8. If you do not already have the medical evaluation form, you can download the template directly from this step.

9. Once the form has been completed, upload it to the system. 

You can: 

• select the document from your device; 

• or drag and drop the file into the designated upload area.

Once all the required information has been completed, the system displays a summary of your registration. 

Take a moment to review the information you have entered before continuing. 

At the bottom of the page, two options are available. 

If you would like to register another person as part of the same transaction, click “Add Someone Else.” 

If you have completed all your registrations, click “Proceed to Cart.”

Before accessing your cart, you will have the option to make a donation to Ski Québec Alpin. 

Follow the instructions displayed on the page if you would like to make a donation. 

If you do not wish to make a donation, simply click “Proceed to Cart” to continue.

Before finalizing your registration, you must review and accept the mandatory agreements and waivers associated with your membership. 

Review the documents provided and confirm your acceptance to continue.

In your cart, you can review the details of the fees associated with your registration. 

The different amounts are displayed separately, including: 

• fees collected by Ski Québec Alpin; 

• fees collected by Alpine Canada; 

• any other products or insurance applicable to your membership. 

This process allows you to obtain the different memberships required to participate in your sport through a single registration process and a single payment. 

Carefully review all the items in your cart before proceeding with payment.

At the bottom of the page, enter the requested payment information. 

Review your information, then click “Submit” to finalize your transaction. 

Your registration is now complete.
