This guide presents the main features available to Ski Québec Alpin (SQA) administrators in Uplifter Snow. It explains how to access dashboards, track memberships, manage users, review orders, administer clubs, and update certain configurations.
From the Uplifter Snow homepage, use the map of Canada and select:
- Québec as the province;
- Alpine Skiing as the sport.
Members can then access the Ski Québec Alpin site as well as the SQA membership registration page.

You will then have access to the various administrative features for your organization.
To view the membership dashboards:

A dashboard is available for each season. This allows you to track membership activity and compare membership trends from one season to another.
After selecting the dashboard for the desired season, the homepage provides an overview of your membership activity, including:
- the total number of memberships;
- changes in membership volume;
- the different membership statuses currently in progress.
This information provides a quick overview of the current season
Under the Administrator Permissions Configuration tab, the account owner can:
- add new administrators to the organization;
- remove existing administrators;
- manage administrative access for the organization.
Display on a Smaller Screen
If you are working on a laptop or a smaller monitor, some submenus may be hidden.
To access them, click the context menu located on the right side of the screen to display the available submenu options.
Under the Configuration tab, you can review and update various settings related to your membership process.
Summary Screen
The summary screen displays general information and the main configuration settings for your memberships.
Edit the Registration Page Text
From the Configuration tab, you can edit the content displayed on your registration page.
After making a change, remember to click Save to save your updates.

These emails can be used to complement the automated communications associated with the membership process.

- Go to the GL Codes tab.
- Review the existing GL codes.
- Assign the appropriate codes to your products.

Use Filters
Use the available filters to more easily find:
- a specific season;
- a membership type;
- a member;
- a specific status.
From the Individual Memberships page, click a membership to access its detailed record.
You will find information such as:
- the member's general information;
- membership details;
- affiliations;
- the member's address;
- uploaded documents;
- additional administrative information.
From the membership details page, you can update certain information.
Click Edit, then update the desired information.
You can modify items such as:
- certain membership types;
- certain affiliations.
The recommended process is to:
- cancel the incorrect membership;
- invite the member to register again using the correct membership type.
This process helps ensure that the member also receives the correct membership level with Alpine Canada (ACA).
For FIS memberships, certain documents uploaded by the member can be viewed directly from the membership details page.
For example:
- the medical evaluation form;
- other documents required as part of the registration process.
For ACPPI members who have selected external insurance, this information can be added directly from the membership details page.
The related questionnaire is only available to SQA administrators.
It allows this information to be recorded and included in administrative reports.
To track orders associated with memberships:
- Go to Financial Information.
- Click Orders.
As a primary SQA administrator, you may also see information related to coach training.
Use the filters as needed if you only want to display orders related to memberships.
View Order Details
Click an order to access its details.
You will find information such as:
- payment information;
- transaction status;
- amounts associated with the order;
- member information.
If an error occurred during payment, the related error message will also be displayed in the order details.
To access clubs:
- Go to Clubs and Programs.
- Select the program associated with the club you want to review.
You may see two main types of clubs:
- clubs used to track affiliations related to SQA memberships;
- clubs used to track coach training.
Make sure you select the correct program for the relevant club.
From a club dashboard, you can:
- track club affiliations;
- review available reports;
- verify certain member information;
- assist the club if they encounter difficulties completing an action.
These access permissions can be particularly useful when supporting a club administrator.
To search for a user, you can use two sections:
- User Accounts;
- Profiles.
User Accounts
The User Accounts section allows you to search for a main user account.
A single user account can contain multiple profiles, for example, multiple members of the same family.
Profiles
The Profiles section allows you to search directly for a specific person's profile.
Select the account or profile you want to review to access the detailed information.
As an administrator, additional actions are available from the user account.
Empty the Shopping Cart
You can empty a user's shopping cart when necessary.
This option can be useful if a product or registration is stuck in the user's cart.
Clear Persistent Data
You can also use the option to clear persistent data.
This feature can be useful when a user:
- is stuck on a page;
- encounters a data refresh issue;
- sees information that does not appear to be updating correctly.
This action allows the system to reload certain account information.
From a user account, you can access the different profiles associated with it.
For each profile, you can review:
- memberships linked to the profile;
- personal information;
- affiliations;
- certain administrative information;
- other data available based on your account permissions.
These tools allow SQA administrators to efficiently track memberships, support clubs and members, and manage the main administrative operations directly from Uplifter Snow.
