Guide for Processing Post-Process Membership Fees Payments

If a club did not pay their members' Curling Canada individual membership fees during their initial application, these fees must be submitted as a post-process payment. Follow the steps below to complete the payment process:

Record an offline payment

1- Access the Club's Application Details

• Go to the APPLICATIONS MENU.
• Open the club's application for the 2024/2025 season.

2- Access the Post Application Submission Tab

• Navigate to the Post Application Submission tab.
• Add the club's number of memberships.

• Click Save to confirm the details

3- Process the Post-Process Payment

Go to the Post-Process Fees section:

• Add the required fees to your Admin Cart, by clicking on 'Add Fees to My Cart'

Complete the payment process as follows:

• In the Admin Transaction Check-Out section
• Search for and select the appropriate user account to invoice.

• Scroll down to the Record Offline Payment section, and enter the payment details specific to the club.

• Once all information is entered, click Submit and Complete to validate the transaction.

By following these steps, the club's post-process membership fees will be successfully recorded and updated in the system.
