As a league admin, update one attribute on many coach or athlete profiles at once, such as a training completion date or a plate number, by uploading a three-column .csv file on Uplifter Cycling.
- For league and association admins. You can update coach attributes, such as concussion or abuse awareness training dates, and athlete attributes, such as race category or plate number.
- The file has exactly three columns, in this order: Identity ID, attribute name and attribute value. Save it as a .csv file.
- Dates use the YYYY-MM-DD format. Check whether the attribute needs a completion date or an expiry date.
- The results come by email from info@ccnbikes.com, with any errors listed.
- Screenshots may show an earlier version of the screens. The steps describe the current screens.
Bulk import coach and athlete attributes on Uplifter Cycling by preparing a three-column .csv file and uploading it from the Users menu. The steps are the same or very similar for every league.
-
Get the Identity IDs
On the Admin Dashboard, select Memberships → Member Organizations and open your coach or athlete membership organization. On its Reports tab, select Update on the right custom report, then Download. The first column is usually the Identity ID. Put the IDs in column A of your file.
-
Get the attribute name
Select Users → Profiles and open any profile. Scroll to the attribute groups at the bottom, find the attribute and copy its name exactly. Put it in column B on every row.
-
Add the values
Put each person’s value in column C, in the format listed below. Save the file as .csv.
-
Open the import
In Users → Profiles, select the import button at the far right of the header, then Import Attribute Records.
-
Upload the file
Tick Identity Attribute Import, choose your .csv file and upload it.
-
Check the results
You get an email summary from info@ccnbikes.com. It confirms the whole list updated, or lists each row with an error so you can fix it and upload those rows again.
Value formats
- Dates: YYYY-MM-DD, for example 2026-08-15. Some attributes need a completion date, others an expiry date.
- Text, such as a plate or bib number: any letters or numbers.
- Single-option or multi-option attributes: the value must match an option in the attribute’s drop-down or checkbox list exactly. Not sure of the exact options? Contact Uplifter Support.
