As a team administrator, follow your team's registrations, download reports and check each coach's and athlete's standing and missing requirements from your team's Club Dashboard on Uplifter Cycling.
- Only team administrators can open the team’s Club Dashboard. To add or remove a team administrator, contact your state league or association.
- The Affiliations tab shows each person’s standing with your league or association, and what a coach still needs to complete.
- Reports download as .csv files. A slow report is also emailed to you, so you can leave the page.
- Screenshots may show an earlier version of the screens. The steps describe the current screens.
Manage your team’s athletes and coaches from your team’s Club Dashboard on Uplifter Cycling: see who has registered, download reports and check each person’s standing. The steps are the same or very similar for every league.

Open your team
Sign in with your team administrator account. You land on the Admin Dashboard automatically. Select Clubs → Clubs/Teams, then open your team.

Check registrations
The Dashboard tab shows how many athletes and coaches have registered, a graph of registrations over time and a list of the latest ones. It also lists your team administrators and shows whether your team’s payment account is set up to collect team fees.

Download a report
On the Reports tab, choose a report and select Update. When it’s up to date, select Download. Use the date range at the top to narrow it.

Find a person
On the Affiliations tab, type a name or member number in the search fields. The list refreshes as you type.

Filter by licence type and status
Type a licence level, such as "Level 1" or "Assistant Coach", in the Organization field and choose it. Then choose a Status, such as Issued or Pending Requirements. You can combine both with a name search.

See what’s missing
Select View Missing Requirements beside a coach to see the licence requirements they still need. Each one has a How to Complete link with instructions you can share with the coach.
Downloading reports on a Mac with Safari
Safari may open a report as text in the browser instead of downloading it. Right-click Download and select Download Linked File to save it.
Coaches complete their own requirements: point them to US Scholastic Cycling: complete your coach requirements.
