Upload your league's or district's registrations to SoccerReg in one go: download the import template, fill in your registrants, upload the file and check the results email.
- Bold columns in the template are required, and values must match the expected format exactly. The template checks each value. For example, "Under 7" or "u-7" instead of "U7" causes an error.
- A typo in a club name creates a new club. Pick existing clubs from the list wherever you can, and check the spelling of any club you type in.
- In adult leagues, a new team name adds a team fee to the league’s payment group. District youth associations aren’t charged team fees.
- You can reuse the template all season. You don’t need to download a new one for each upload.
- Screenshots may show an earlier version of the screens. The steps describe the current screens.

Choose your league or district
In the window that opens, select the district or league, for the right season, that you’re uploading registrations for.
-
Download the template
Select Download Import Template and open the file.
-
Fill in the template
Enter one registrant per row and complete every bold column. See "Template columns" below. Save and close the file.
-
Upload the file
Go back to the upload window. If it closed, repeat steps 2 and 3. Read and accept the upload tool’s terms and conditions, select Select File and choose your file. Check that its name shows as the selected file, then select Upload File. A green success message appears at the bottom of the screen.
-
Check the results email
When the import is done, you get an email that counts the memberships created, the duplicate records found (not created) and the rows with errors (not created). If there were errors, a CSV report attached to the email explains each one. Fix those rows and upload only them again.
Template columns
- Registration type for district youth associations: U3, U4, U5, U6, U7, U8, U9, U10, U11, U12, U13, U14, U15, U16, U17, U18, DP (Player with Disability), District President, District Vice-President, District Treasurer, District Director, District Registrar or District Administrator.
- Registration type for adult leagues and adult associate leagues: U18-U34, U35+, League President, League Vice-President, League Treasurer, League Director, League Registrar, League Administrator or League Executive Director.
- Club: district youth associations choose a club that’s already in the system. If the club isn’t listed, type its name exactly. Adult leagues and adult associate leagues can leave this column blank.
- Team name: the registrant’s team. For adult leagues and adult associate leagues, a team name that isn’t in the system yet adds a team fee to the league’s payment group, its open invoice.
