This FAQ explains how the new Admin Dashboard rollout works, who can access it, and what to expect as more pages move to the new interface.
Who can access the new Dashboard?
Not all organizations will see the new Dashboard immediately. Access is controlled at the parent organization level.

Do I have to use the new Dashboard?
No - The new Dashboard is optional. You can continue using the existing admin interface if you prefer.
You can switch between the new and existing interfaces at any time.
Which pages are included in the new Dashboard?
At this stage, the new interface includes:
- Admin home page (Dashboard)
- Search pages
- Event List pages
- Event Configuration pages
Additional pages will be added over time.
What happens to pages that are not yet migrated?
When the new Dashboard is enabled, you may see:
- some pages using the new interface, and
- some pages still using the existing interface [they will open a new browser tab]
As more pages are migrated, you may move back and forth between the two experiences during your work. This is expected during the transition period.
Can I control who in my organization sees the new Dashboard?
Yes - There are settings that control which users can see the option to switch to the new Dashboard.
In addition, each user must opt in to the new Dashboard for their own account. This allows organizations to adopt the new interface gradually.
How often will the new Dashboard be updated?
The new Dashboard will be updated regularly as more pages are migrated, typically on a weekly basis.
If you encounter an issue at any time, you can switch back to the existing interface while the update is being improved.
Do I need to recreate my events?
No - Events created in either interface will appear in both the new and existing Dashboards.
In the future, some features may be available only in the new interface, but you will still be able to move between both experiences.
