Overview
Use the Events menu to view, search, and manage all of your events in one place. The Event List displays your events in a single table so you can quickly find what you need and take action without switching between multiple screens.
View Your Events
Go to Events → Events to open the Event List. The table shows all of your events with key details, including:
- Event ID
- Event name
- Organization
- Registration counts
- Registration process status
- Listing status
Results are displayed in pages, allowing you to browse large lists of events efficiently.
Find Event Using Search and Filters
Use the search bar and filters at the top of the table to narrow the list of events.
Search
Enter at least three characters in the search field to search by event name or identifier.
Apply Filters
Select Edit filters to open the filter panel and refine your results using:
| Organization | Type-ahead search that activates after three characters. If multiple organizations share the same name, additional details are shown to help you choose the correct one. |
| Course types | Searchable multi-select list with clear labels. |
| Registration process status and Listing status | Multi-select filters using readable values such as draft, active, closed, or approved. |
| Date range | Choose start and end dates to filter events within a specific period. |
Select Clear filters to remove all filters at once.
View Active Filters
When filters are applied, they appear beneath the search bar as removable pills. You can remove individual filters without resetting the entire search.
Sort and Browse Results
Sort Events
Select column headers to sort the list by one or more fields. Your sorting selections are reflected immediately in the results.
Move Between Pages
Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to move between pages of results. Your search terms, filters, and sorting selections remain applied as you browse.
Take Action on Events
From the Event List, you can interact with events that are approved, drafted, or submitted as sanctioning applications. From each event row, you can:
| View registrations: | Select the completed registration count (when greater than zero) to open the registration list in a new browser tab. | |
| Open event settings: | Select either the gear icon or the registration status button to open the event configuration menu. | |
| View reports: | Select the download or report icon to open the event reporting page. | |
| Open the public event page: | Select the external link icon to open the public listing in a new browser tab. |
At any time, select the Create event button in the page header to open the event creation wizard.
What’s New in This Experience
The updated Event List introduces several improvements:
Unified layout: Search, filters, and results are combined into a single responsive layout, reducing page changes and improving usability.
Improved search and filtering: Faster text search, clearer filter options, and better date validation make it easier to find specific events.
Smoother performance: Multi-column sorting and server-side pagination provide faster loading and more responsive results.
