How the guides are organized by platform, the fastest ways to find one, and how to follow updates or reach Support.
- Guides are organized by platform, so knowing yours is the fastest shortcut.
- Reading needs no account. Signing in adds three things: following pages, commenting on articles and tracking your requests.
- Many guides also have a French version; the language menu at the top right switches between them.
This knowledge base holds the guides for every Uplifter platform in one place, with a search, topic pages and a direct line to Support.
Where the guides live
- Start here — the guides for getting started, what's new in the product, and this section on using the knowledge base.
- Club 1.0 and Club 2.0 — the two club platforms, each with its own guides.
- Enterprise Portal — the portal sport organizations use for memberships, events and registrations.
- Enterprise Guides — guides written for one sport or organization on the Enterprise Portal.

Finding an answer
- Search — type a few words at the top of any page, then narrow the results to your platform. Search the knowledge base has the details.
- Topics — every article is tagged, and each topic has a page you can narrow by ticking more topics. Browse articles by topic shows how.
- Platform pages — open a platform from the home page or the footer to see its sections, with Popular topics alongside to filter them.
Staying up to date
Signed in, you'll see Follow on sections and articles.
- Follow a section to get an email when a new article is published in it. Choose New articles and comments to hear about comments too.
- Follow an article to get an email when someone comments on it.
An edit to a guide doesn't email followers unless we choose to notify them, so check the Updated date under the title. The What's new section is the one to follow for product changes.
Getting help
When a guide doesn't answer it, submit a request and track its progress from your Requests page. Get help, at the bottom of every page, links there too.
