How one login covers a household in the Uplifter Mobile App, with a separate announcement inbox for each child.
- One login covers the household. There's no second login, no signing out and no shared password.
- An announcement for one child lands in that child's inbox only, not in yours and not in a sibling's.
- Access follows what's recorded on your club or Enterprise platform. The app doesn't manage it separately.
Parents and guardians sign in to the Uplifter Mobile App as themselves, then switch between their own profile and each child they're authorized to manage. Profiles switch on Home, and each child's inbox sits under Messages.
How switching profiles works
- One login, several profiles — sign in once and move between your profile and each child's without handing over credentials.
- Each child has their own inbox — profile chips in Messages open each child's separate announcement inbox.
- Your permission is checked every time — each time you open an inbox, the app checks your active guardian or manager permission on the organization's records. It isn't granted once at sign-in and then assumed.
- Your own conversations stay yours — adult group chats stay with your own profile and are hidden while you view a child's inbox.
What organizers can see
A name, never an inbox. A coach or organizer sees a child's name in the audience builder only when the child belongs to a membership, club or event group they're authorized to reach. They see the name and the club or event context, not an email address, date of birth, contact details or unrelated affiliations.
No minors in group chats. When a child is in an audience being messaged, their authorized adult guardian is invited to the room instead. Other room members see the adults, not the child roster.
Setting up shared or separated families
The app mirrors the access recorded for each adult on your club or Enterprise platform. If your family needs a particular arrangement, or an inbox is reaching someone it shouldn't, email support@uplifterinc.com so the accounts can be set there. The app follows whatever is set.
To add a child or change a participant's profile, use your organization's registration platform. The app shows those profiles but doesn't create or edit them.
