Send private announcements and run invite-only group chats for the groups you're authorized to reach.
- Organizer messaging is a pilot, so tools and screens may change.
- Organizer tools appear only when a participating organization has synchronized organizer permissions for your verified account.
- You can reach only the people and groups your current permissions cover.
- Anyone added to a room later can read the messages sent before they joined.
Organizer mode is where you message eligible participants from the Uplifter Mobile App. Switch to it from Settings and return to participant view with the banner at the top of the screen.
Choosing who to reach
Pick an enabled organization, then an audience you're permitted to reach: membership, club or event groups, or specific people. Eligibility comes from synchronized source records and your explicit permissions. Preview and refine the audience before you create a room or send an announcement.
Which to use
- Announcements — one-way messages delivered to each recipient's private in-app inbox. Classify and prioritize them before sending. Recipients never see one another.
- Group chat — an invite-only room for an authorized club, membership or event audience, with its own chat history. Add Sign-up, Poll or RSVP activities, and set posting to everyone or organizers only. Invited adults choose whether to join. You see messages only in the rooms you created.
- App invitations — an email in English or French to audience members who aren't on the app yet, with the download link added for you.
- Sent Messages — a shared outbox of every announcement sent, with its audience and recipient count. The count shows delivery, not who read it. Recipient names show only for people your current access covers.
When a child is in your audience, the app invites their authorized guardian to the room instead of the child. In the audience builder you see a child's name and club or event context, never their contact details or inbox.
If organizer tools don't appear, sign in with the verified email tied to your authorized account on the source platform. That's the address your organizer access is matched against.
