Two add-on menus, new for 2026: graphs of your organization's data, and exports in your own Excel reporting formats.
- Advanced Analytics (Analytics in the left menu) and Custom Reports (on the Reports page) are custom add-ons set in your client contract. If you don't see them, your contract doesn't include them.
- Uplifter configures both for you. There's no self-serve graph builder, and you can't add a report layout from your account. Already a client? Request either add-on with a change order.
- Custom Reports shows only the exports for the financial organizations you have permission over.
Two add-on menus, new for 2026: graphs of your organization's data, and exports in your own Excel reporting formats. Look for Analytics and Reports in the left menu.
Advanced Analytics
Analytics graphs your organization's data, such as membership and participation. Choose the organization and season at the top right, then narrow the graphs with Select date range and Filters; some tabs also offer Compare against an earlier period. Total active members and Total active memberships stay at the top of every tab. Which graphs you see comes from a configuration workbook that you and Uplifter finalize during onboarding; to add or change one, ask your Uplifter contact.
-
General Demographics — registrants by age and by gender, members by province, membership length, an age pyramid, membership purchases by day, week or month, and returning versus new members with your retention rate.
-
Geographical — members by province on a map, as a total or per 100,000 people, and member density from GPS.
-
Participation — for the organizer you pick: the top 10 events by participants, how many events fall in each size band, and participants by discipline.
-
Memberships — members by licence type (top 10) and membership growth through the season.
-
Events — top organizers by revenue, with their events and participants, events by revenue (top events or a monthly trend), events by discipline and an event calendar. Member filters don't apply to event charts.
-
Historical Analytics — membership across every season by provincial federation, how membership types changed, this season's and last season's age pyramids side by side, and returning versus new members. This tab spans all seasons and ignores the season selector.
-
Finance — total collected, the change against the previous period, membership revenue and event revenue, then revenue over time by month, quarter or year, by membership type and by gender or age band.
Custom Reports
Some reports have to be filed in a set format, such as Sport Canada's AB/AWAD reporting form. With Custom Reports, you give Uplifter your custom-formatted Excel sheet and Uplifter hard-codes the configuration, so the export comes out in that format, filled with your data and ready to use. Each report sits on the Reports page as a card: select Generate, then Download it from Your generated reports.
National sport organizations: the Sport Canada — AB/AWAD by Province report on the Reports page counts your athletes, coaches, officials and recreational participants by province, split by gender and disability status, ready for the Sport Canada workbook.
Any report your organization needs. Uplifter can configure any custom-formatted Excel sheet as a Custom Report. Examples include:
- a Direct Affiliation Payments Report, to cross-check the automated payments to the NSO when a member buys a PTSO membership
- insurance reports built to your organization's own format
- reports your sport's results, timing or scoring partners need to quickly mirror event registration data into their event management tool
Custom Reports isn't the same as the standard reports on every dashboard, which export raw data with no formatting, or the self-serve custom reports you build yourself on a dashboard's reports.
How do I access this feature?
Advanced Analytics and Custom Reports are custom add-ons, scoped and priced in your client contract. New clients agree the configuration during onboarding. Already a client? Contact Uplifter and we'll prepare a change order to add either add-on for your organization.
Who can see your numbers
A Custom Reports export appears only to administrators with permission over that financial organization. Report layouts, not your data, are shared across your site, which is why Uplifter gives them generic names.
Need a list from one dashboard instead? Every Enterprise Portal account includes the reports inside each dashboard; see Find and download reports. Club 2.0 has its own reporting, covered in the Club 2.0 documentation.
