Two add-on menus, new for 2026: graphs of your organization's data, and exports in your own Excel reporting formats.
- Advanced Analytics and Custom Reports are custom add-ons set in your client contract. If you don't see them in the left menu, your contract doesn't include them.
- Already a client? Associations can request either add-on with a change order — ask your Uplifter contact.
- Uplifter configures both for you. There's no self-serve graph builder, and you can't add a report layout from your account.
- Custom Reports shows only the exports for the financial organizations you have permission over.
Two add-on menus, new for 2026: graphs of your organization's data, and exports in your own Excel reporting formats. Look for Advanced Analytics and Custom Reports in the left menu.
Advanced Analytics
Advanced Analytics visualizes your organization's data, such as membership and participation, as graphs. Which graphs you see comes from a configuration workbook that you and Uplifter finalize during onboarding. Filters such as region, gender, event type and discipline narrow what you're looking at. To add or change a graph, ask your Uplifter contact; changing the configuration may need a change order.
Custom Reports
Some reports have to be filed in a set format, such as Sport Canada's Athletes with a Disability reporting form. With Custom Reports, you give Uplifter your custom-formatted Excel sheet and Uplifter hard-codes the configuration, so the export comes out in that format, filled with your data and ready to use.
Custom Reports isn't the same as the standard reports on every dashboard, which export raw data with no formatting, or the self-serve custom reports you build yourself on a dashboard's reports.
Add Advanced Analytics or Custom Reports
Both are custom add-ons, scoped and priced in your client contract. New clients agree the configuration during onboarding. Existing associations are welcome to request either add-on with a change order; ask your Uplifter contact to start one.
Who can see your numbers
A Custom Reports export appears only to administrators with permission over that financial organization. Report layouts, not your data, are shared across your site, which is why Uplifter gives them generic names.
Need a list from one dashboard instead? Every Enterprise Portal account includes the reports inside each dashboard; see Find and download reports. Club 2.0 has its own reporting, covered in the Club 2.0 documentation.
