Graphs of your own data, formatted exports and self-serve reports on the Enterprise Portal, on top of every dashboard's standard exports.
- The graphs and formatted exports are available when Advanced Analytics is active on your organization's account — ask your Uplifter account manager to add it.
- The reports inside each dashboard come with every Enterprise Portal account.
- Uplifter sets up the Analytics menu for you; there's no self-serve graph builder.
- A report appears only once at least one registration is complete, so an empty dashboard shows nothing.
Graphs of your own data, formatted exports and self-serve reports on the Enterprise Portal, on top of the standard exports every dashboard has. Look for Analytics and Custom Reports in the left menu.
Which one to use
- Reports — in every membership, sanctioning and affiliation, event and club dashboard. Standard reports export to CSV or Excel as raw data, with no formatting, whenever you need a list.
- Your own report — start from the master report, complete registration with membership information, take out the columns you don't need and reorder the rest. Save it and it's listed under custom reports in the dashboard's reports. No ticket needed.
- Analytics — 25 or more graphs of your membership and participation data, which you can filter by region, gender, event type and discipline.
- Custom Reports — exports Uplifter builds to your finance team's own Excel layout. Each administrator sees only the exports for the financial organizations they hold permission over.
What reports can show
Where your reports carry screening data, membership, registration and series reports can show each member's newest background check: its type, dates, submission type, status and result. It's the newest check whatever its status, not just the newest one that passed, which is what an audit needs.
A report that joins registrant columns with financial columns can't be built in the dashboard. Ask your Uplifter account manager, and it's scoped with you as a change order.
Who can see your numbers
Dashboard reports follow dashboard permissions, and formatted exports appear only to administrators with permission over that financial organization. Report layouts, not your data, are shared across your site, which is why Uplifter gives them generic names.
If two reports disagree, check the date range first, then look for duplicate profiles. Club 2.0 has its own reporting, covered in the Club 2.0 documentation.
