What changed on the Club Dashboard on October 5, 2026: clubs now use the Event Dashboard's step-by-step configuration and its faster Submit for review journey. This page also lists which tabs keep their current layout for now.
- Since October 5, 2026, a club's Configuration tab opens in the new step-by-step setup, the same one the Event Dashboard uses. It's on by default.
- Going live is faster. Select Submit for review from Configuration and you sign the Configuration Agreement right there. Uplifter approves your club in two to five business days.
- Your settings, categories, rules and registrations carried over, so there's nothing to set up again.
- The Dashboard, Reports, Registrations and Waitlist tabs keep their current layout for now. They work as before and move over in a later release.
The Club Dashboard is where a club admin sets up and runs one season of club registration. This release brings clubs in line with the Event Dashboard: they're set up the same way, and they go live through the same Submit for review journey.
What changed on October 5
Events have used the step-by-step configuration since August 4, 2026. Clubs now use it too. Open Clubs → Clubs/Teams in the left menu, open a club and select the Configuration tab. Each step is listed down the side and marked with a check when it's complete.
Club Event appears above the club's name, so you can tell a club from an event at a glance. The status, Clone registration process and View registration page work the same way as on an event.
What's in the new setup
- Configuration Overview — the club's name, listing visibility and the dates the listing shows in the directory.
- Required Setup — Date & Location, Financials, Contact Information, Registration Page, Listing Categories and Registration Categories. Each needs a check mark before you can submit.
- Optional Setup — every other page a club had before, from Registration Rules to Permissions, including forms and waivers, stores, notification emails, GL codes and waitlist settings.
You can add registration rules for the whole club, one registration category or one level, and adding a category, store item, notification or GL code keeps you on the club.
Go live faster
When every required step has its check mark and you've tested your registration, select Submit for review at the top right of the club.
The Configuration Agreement opens. Select Next through General Information, Contact Information, Financial Information, Agreement Terms, Registration Categories and Stores/Add Ons, then review the summary and select Submit for review. If something's wrong, select Cancel, fix it and start again.
Submitting signs the agreement, so there's no email to wait for. Uplifter checks that your payment processor account is active if you collect funds, then approves your club in two to five business days. Registration opens on the dates you set. Submit For Review on the Dashboard tab is the previous one-click submission: Uplifter then has to email you the agreement to sign, which takes longer.
What hasn't moved yet
These keep their current layout for now. They have the new look, work as before and move over in a later release. The page layout changes when you move between them and the new setup. That's expected.
- Dashboard — Listing Preview, Registration Configuration Overview and Clone Registration Process are still here.
- Reports and Registrations — as before.
- Waitlist — approve and invite people here. Waitlist settings are in the new setup.
- The Clubs/Teams and Seasons lists, and clubs that are only a directory listing with no registration on Uplifter.
Good to know
- Your association still connects your club. If members buy an association membership with their club registration, Uplifter pairs your Club Dashboard with your association's membership purchase before you go live.
- No access? An admin without admin access to the club sees a no access page. Ask your club's owner or your Uplifter contact to add you.
- Prefer the previous layout? For now, select your user icon at the top of the screen and use the toggle. On the previous layout you submit from the Dashboard tab only, and Uplifter emails you the agreement to sign.
