As a Basketball Québec coach, register for your coach membership and choose to have your club pay the membership fee. Your club must have a payment group set up.
- Your club must have a payment group. A payment group is an open invoice your club pays to Basketball Québec. Without one, the option for your club to pay doesn’t appear.
- Select your club at the affiliation step. Choosing your club is what shows the payment options.
- The background check fee isn’t covered by your club. If you need a Sterling background check, you pay it online yourself. If yours is up to date, you can remove it from your cart.
Register for your Basketball Québec coach membership and charge the membership fee to your club, so your club pays it instead of you.

Open the coach registration
Sign in, then open the Basketball Québec coach registration link. Choose who you’re registering.

Choose the coach membership
Select the coach affiliation membership for the current season.

Select your club
At the affiliation step, select your club. You must choose it to see the payment options.

Choose to have your club pay
At the payment method step, select the option where your club pays your membership fees. It names your club.

Finish the registration
Answer the questions and sign the agreements, then go to the cart.

Check the cart and complete
Your membership fee isn’t charged to you. If a background check fee shows and your check is up to date, remove it. Pay what’s left, or select Submit & Complete if there’s nothing to pay.
