Basketball Québec: register my teams and players for the CBQ

Create your teams for the Circuit Basketball Québec (CBQ), pay the team registration fees online or by invoice, then add your players to each team.

Must know
  • Your organization must be affiliated first. To take part in the Circuit Basketball Québec (CBQ), your club, school or program must be affiliated with Basketball Québec.
  • Every player needs a valid Basketball Québec membership. Players with a membership on their profile can be added straight to the team.
  • Pay the team fee online or by invoice. Pay by credit card when you create the team, or have your club or school invoiced to pay later by cheque or transfer.
  • Adding many players? Once they all hold a valid membership, Uplifter can add your affiliated members’ profiles to your admin account. Contact Uplifter Support.

Register your teams and players for the Circuit Basketball Québec (CBQ): create each team, pay its registration fee, then add your players.

  1. Open the CBQ registration page

    Sign in, then open the CBQ registration page from Basketball Québec for the current season.

  2. Create a team

    Select Create a team and enter your team’s name.

  3. Choose the category

    Select your team’s category of participation.

  4. Choose when to add players

    Choose whether to register players now, as you create the team, or later.

  5. Choose how to pay

    You’re asked whether your club, school or organization should be invoiced later for the registration fees. Answer No to pay online by credit card. Answer Yes to get an invoice to pay by cheque or transfer, then enter your club’s or school’s billing information.

  6. Finish creating the team

    Select Create my team. If you chose to register players now, continue with "Add players to your team" from step 3.

  1. Open your team

    From the CBQ event page, select Register participants, search for your team’s name and select it. If you created the team, you can also open your team from My Pages, select Manage the team, then Add a participant.

  2. Choose the player

    Choose the player’s profile from the list. If the player isn’t listed, select Register Someone Else.

  3. Enter the player’s details

    Enter the player’s last name, first name, date of birth, gender and email. If the player already has a profile, it appears: select it, so the player keeps a single profile.

  4. Check the membership

    A player in good standing can be added straight away. If the player has no membership, you’re asked to add one to the cart. If you don’t need to pay for this player’s membership, contact Uplifter Support.

  5. Add the next player

    Select Validate and add another participant and repeat steps 2 to 4 for each player.

  6. Go to the cart

    After the last player, select Validate and continue to the cart.

  7. Submit

    If you’ve already paid the team fee, the cart total is $0. Select Submit & Complete to confirm the registrations.
