Affiliate your club, association or sport-études program with Basketball Québec each season: fill in your organization's details, choose the online or offline configuration option, create your registration categories and pay.
- Every organization chooses one configuration option each season. With the online option, members pay club fees and Basketball Québec membership fees together online. With the offline option, your organization imports its members’ Basketball Québec memberships and pays them through an open invoice.
- Sport-études and concentration programs (agents) must choose the offline option.
- Your choice decides how you track your members’ memberships. With the online option, members register themselves. With the offline option, you import your member list.
- The questions can differ depending on the type of organization you are.
Submit your club’s affiliation with Basketball Québec: fill in your organization’s details, answer the application, choose a configuration option and pay.

Open the application
Sign in, then open Basketball Québec’s organization affiliation application.

Fill in your organization’s details
Enter your organization’s official name, a short description, the dates, address, email and phone number. For the dates, enter September 1 of the season’s first year to December 31 of the following year.

Choose your type of organization
Select the type that applies to you. It’s for information only and doesn’t decide which application you submit.

Answer the application questions
Complete every question. They can differ by type of organization.

Choose your configuration option
Choose the online option or the offline option (see "Configuration options" below). Sport-études and concentration programs see the offline option only.

Create your registration categories
Select Add New Category for each one. You need at least one to continue. With the online option, create one category per program, activity or annual subscription, with its price. With the offline option, create two categories, Athlete and Coach, each at $0.

Review the fee summary and pay
Select Done to see a summary of your application’s fees. Select Pay Online, sign the required documents, then pay in the cart to submit your application.
Configuration options
- Online option: your club or association collects its registration fees and the Basketball Québec membership fees online in one registration. Fees are split automatically between your organization and Basketball Québec. This option also gives you the waitlist feature: see Set up and manage a waitlist.
- Offline option: your organization doesn’t collect registration fees through Uplifter. You collect Basketball Québec membership fees yourself and import your members’ memberships with a spreadsheet. The fees are added to an open invoice charged to your organization, which you settle by the deadline Basketball Québec sets.
Track your members’ memberships
- Online option: each member registers online. Share your club’s registration page link with all your members.
- Offline option: import your member list. See Import memberships in bulk.
After you submit
With the online option, you then get access to your Club Dashboard. Finish your registration page, confirmation email, member agreements and online store there, and add, change or remove registration categories. See Set up your Club Dashboard and club programs.
