A membership lookup page is a view-only page where the people you allow can check whether someone holds a current membership. Uplifter creates it; you choose which organizations it covers and who can open it.
Must know
- Uplifter creates the lookup page. To get one, contact Uplifter Support or your account manager.
- Only Issued counts as a current membership. Every other status, including Processing and Pending Requirements, shows as no membership.
- Visitors search by member name or member number. They can enter several numbers separated by commas, and copy the numbers that weren’t found.
- The page can carry your branding: a header logo, a background image, your own page title and a custom section of instructions.
