Turn on the Registrant Search Page so people can look up who's registered for your event, choose what it shows, and decide who can see it and download the list.
- You choose what the lookup page shows. Show only what people need, such as name and category. Anyone with access sees every field you turn on.
- You decide who can see it. The page can be open to everyone or limited to the users you select. Downloading the list in Excel is a separate permission.
- People open it from your event’s landing page, with the Participant Look Up button. It works on phones and computers.
