As a speed skating club, open your payment groups, check the invoice and billing details, choose the registrations you've been paid for and submit the payment. Then download your invoice or receipt as a PDF.
- A payment group is an open invoice for registrations your club collects money for outside the platform. Your club may have two: one for provincial or territorial sport organization (PTSO) and national sport organization (NSO) membership fees, and one for your club’s program fees.
- Pay only for registrations you’ve received the money for. Remove anyone who hasn’t paid you before you submit a payment.
- Speed Skating Canada member organizations settle offline. Record the payment in the group; the parent organizations invoice your club for the membership fees later.
- The billing contact and billing address must be up to date before you submit a payment.
- Screenshots may show an earlier version of the screens. The steps describe the current screens.
Submit payments from your speed skating club’s payment groups: check the invoice and billing details, choose the registrations you’ve been paid for and record the payment.
-
Open your payment groups
On the Admin Dashboard, select Financials → Payment Groups.
-
Choose the group
Open your club’s group. The PTSO/NSO fees group is named after your club, followed by "- PTSO/NSO FEES". The club fees group, if you have one, ends in "- CLUB FEES".
-
Update the invoice
Under the invoice, select Update so it shows the latest registrations, then View Invoice Details to check it.
-
Check the billing details
Make sure the group’s billing contact and billing address are current.
-
Choose the registrations to pay
In the group’s transaction list, select only the registrations you’ve received the money for. To take someone out of the group, see Speed skating: remove a program or membership from a payment group.
-
Submit the payment
To pay offline, open the offline payment tab, enter the method of payment you received, the date you received it and a reference, such as a cheque number. Select Update Payment Information. Where card payment is offered, you can pay online instead.
-
Find the receipt
Once the payment is processed, the receipt is in the group’s receipts section.
Download your invoice or receipt
Before or after you pay, the invoice and receipts show the total and the share that goes to the PTSO and the NSO.
- Invoice: open the payment group, select Update under the invoice for the latest figures, then View Invoice Details.
- Receipt: open the payment group and select the receipt in the receipts section.
- Save as PDF: on the invoice or receipt, select Print at the top right, then choose to save as PDF in your browser’s print window.
