Only a payment group's owner can take a club program or a membership off a speed skating payment group. Find the owner, remove the registrant from My Pages, then check the updated invoice.
- Only the payment group owner can remove a program or membership. The owner is named in the group’s Payment Group Information section.
- Removing a provincial or territorial sport organization (PTSO) membership also removes the Speed Skating Canada membership. Both fees come off the group together.
- Removing a club program takes only that program’s fee off the group.
- Check the invoice afterwards to make sure the fee is gone.

Remove a club program or a membership from a speed skating payment group, as the group’s owner, then check the invoice.

Find the owner
On the Admin Dashboard, select Financials → Payment Groups, open the group and read the Payment Group Information section.

Open the group as the owner
The owner signs in, opens My Pages and selects My Payment Groups, then opens the right payment group.

Search for the registrant
Scroll to the bottom of the payment group page and search by the registrant’s first and last name.

Remove the fee
For a group that tracks club program fees, select Remove from Payment Group next to the registrant’s name. For a group that tracks PTSO and Speed Skating Canada membership fees, select Remove from Payment Group on the row of the registrant’s PTSO membership.

Refresh the page
The page refreshes on its own. If it doesn’t, refresh it.

Check the invoice
On the Admin Dashboard, open the payment group under Financials → Payment Groups. Select Update under the invoice, then View Invoice Details. The total owing is at the top of the invoice.
If the person is no longer registered
If the person is no longer taking part in your club program, check their registration status in your Club Dashboard and change it if needed; see Change a registration status.
