Rider certificates (brevets de cavalier)
This guide explains how an exam centre submits a rider-certificate exam transcript to Cheval Québec through HorseReg, and how Cheval Québec processes it.
- Submitting a transcript: the exam centre uses the online form, signs in to HorseReg, selects the person responsible for the submission, fills in the establishment, instructor, examiner and candidate details, uploads the transcript file, adds the certificate issuance fees to the cart and pays.
- Processing a transcript: Cheval Québec is notified by email, checks the submitted information, the instructor and examiner status under Memberships / Certifications, and the paid fees under Products and Order details.
- Importing results: training history is imported from a CSV template (person number, exam code, completion date, pass/fail), then certificate records are created by certificate type through Sport organizations > Import memberships / certifications.
