Where Alberta Equestrian Federation (AEF) admins manage a member's membership, sales and payments, profiles and reports on horsereg, with the knowledge base article for each task.
- Members buy their AEF membership online on horsereg. Optional products, such as insurance, the magazine or a pin, are added during the purchase.
- Each member’s membership has its own record. Open Membership Details from Memberships → Individual Memberships.
- One profile per person. Before you create a profile, search for the person by name. Merge duplicates instead of adding another one.
- Offline payments aren’t a standard feature. They must be turned on for your organization. If you don’t see them, contact Uplifter Support.
