Where each dashboard keeps its reports, and the three ways to get the data you need.
- Reports live inside each dashboard, not in one menu. Open the dashboard, then its Reports or Report sub-menu.
- Select Update before you download, so the report includes the latest transactions.
- A dashboard's report appears only after one registration is complete, so a new, empty dashboard shows none.
- You see reports only for the dashboards you have permission over.
Where each dashboard keeps its reports, and the three ways to get the data you need. Download a standard report, build your own, or ask Uplifter to configure one.
Where to find reports
- An Event Dashboard or Club Dashboard — open its Reports sub-menu. For an event, open Events → Events and select the gear icon or status button on its row. For a club, open Clubs → Programs and open the club.
- A membership organization, certification organization or sanctioning organization — open it, then its Report sub-menu. A membership organization lists membership, product, financial and custom reports.
Three ways to get your data
- Download a standard report. Every dashboard comes with standard reports. Select Update, then Download. The CSV file holds raw data, with no formatting.
- Build a self-serve custom report. Start from the complete registration with membership information report, keep only the columns you want, put them in order and save. It's listed under Custom Reports in that dashboard's reports. No ticket needed.
- Request a custom configured report. If the data you need isn't in a standard report, for example a report that joins registrant columns with financial columns, contact Uplifter Support. It may be scoped with you as a change order.
New for 2026: Advanced Analytics and Custom Reports
Two new left-menu items sit alongside your dashboard reports. Advanced Analytics graphs your organization's data, and Custom Reports exports it into your own formatted Excel reporting forms. Both are custom add-ons in your client contract, so you see them only if your organization has them. The Custom Reports menu isn't the self-serve list of the same name inside a dashboard. Read Advanced Analytics and Custom Reports to see what they do and how to add them.
What reports can show
Where your reports carry screening data, membership, registration and series reports can show each member's newest background check: its type, dates, submission type, status and result. It's the newest check whatever its status, not just the newest one that passed, which is what an audit needs.
Before you send a report
Update it first. A dashboard report only includes transactions up to its last update.
Check for duplicates. A duplicate profile counts one person twice. Select Generate Duplicate Report on the membership organization dashboard. The list arrives by email; merge the duplicates before you report participation.
If two reports disagree, check the date range first, then look for duplicate profiles.
