The Enterprise store: sell items, add-ons and compulsory fees inside registration or membership, or collect a size without taking payment.
- Available when Stores is active on your organization's account — ask your Uplifter account manager to add it.
- There's no Stores menu in the admin navigation. Each store is managed from the event dashboard, club dashboard or membership organization that hosts it.
- A store attached to several dashboards is one store, so an edit made from any of them changes it everywhere.
- A registrant who removes a Mandatory item from their cart deletes the whole registration.
One store sells team clothing, merchandise, add-ons and compulsory fees, or simply collects a choice such as a size. It runs on the Enterprise Portal, and you build and run it from the Stores tab of the dashboard that hosts it.
Three ways to show a store
- Standalone — a storefront at its own link. Buyers sign in to purchase, but don't need to register for anything.
- In Process — shown inside registration, before checkout. It's the only type that takes purchase rules.
- Post Process — a button on the registration landing page when someone who has already registered comes back.
A store can target chosen registration categories, open and close on its own dates, and be hidden so only people with the direct link find it.
What you can sell
Any kind of item, with a description, images and purchase options for sizes, tiers or bundles, each with its own price and stock count. You can cap how many one registrant buys, write a confirmation email per item, and add a Foreign ID for your SKU or accounting code. Taking payment is optional, so a store can just collect everyone's size.
How purchase rules work in registration
- Single Purchase — the registrant buys one item.
- Required Purchase — they pick at least one item before registration can finish.
- Mandatory Product — the item goes into the cart on its own and the store isn't shown, which suits a compulsory levy or insurance. Required and Mandatory never combine.
Where orders and money go
Store purchases are orders under the dashboard's Financials tab, like registrations, and you can refund one store item without touching the registration. Money settles to the hosting organization's own merchant account. Shipping charges, tax from the shipping address and orders passed to a fulfilment partner are set up by Uplifter.
Club 1.0 and Club 2.0 have their own stores; for Club 2.0, see the Club 2.0 documentation.
