Create a store on the dashboard that hosts it, then choose who sees it, where it appears and when it opens.
- Stores have no menu of their own. Each one lives on the event or club dashboard that hosts it.
- A store attached to several dashboards is one store, so a change made from any of them applies on all of them.
- All four date and time fields are required, even though only the two times show an asterisk.
- Buying from a Standalone store requires the purchaser to log in.
A store sells items alongside registration, from kit and meal tickets to compulsory fees. You build it under Configuration → Stores on the dashboard that hosts it.
-
Open Stores
There's no Stores entry in the main admin menu. Open Events → Events, select the gear icon or status button on the event's row, then select Configuration → Stores. On a club, edit its Club Dashboard and open Stores there. The list shows every store on that dashboard.
-
Add the store
Select Add Store at the top right. Set Store Status to Active and enter a Display Order, which sets the order when several stores apply to the same category.
-
Choose who sees it
Under Store Display, add the registration categories the store is for. To include every category, including ones you add later, select Apply to all categories (current & future).
-
Choose where it appears
Pick a Store Type:
- Standalone — its own storefront at a shareable link.
- In Process — inside registration, before checkout. Only this type can use purchase rules, which you set on the store too.
- Post Process — a button on the registration landing page for people who have already registered.
To keep the store private, select Visible only with direct access. Only people with the link can reach it.
-
Set the schedule
Enter Store Open Date, Store Open Time, Store Closes Date and Store Closes Time. The store opens and closes on its own at those times, whatever your event's own dates are.
-
Save and preview
Save the store. It appears in the list with its categories, type, open and close window, status and, for a Standalone store, its Store Link. Open the link to see the store as a buyer does.
A new store has nothing to sell until you add items to it. To pause a store without losing it, set its Store Status to inactive. If one event needs different items or prices from the others sharing a store, set up a separate store for that event rather than editing the shared one.
