Browser Compatibility

Overview

At Uplifter we do our best to ensure that everyone will have the same, great experiencing using the system. However, as time goes by, some older systems and browsers may not be able to handle our newer features and functions. This is primarily due to the advancement of the programming languages we use to create our system. However, more general capabilities are a concern as well. With this in mind, please find the officially supported browsers below.

While our development team does not play favorites, we do recommend Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox for the best experience with Uplifter.

Checking & Updating Your Browser

Below are the step for reviewing and updating your browsers. Please note that these instructions are for PC/Mac and Laptops. Mobile devices may require alternative methods to update the browser.

Google Chrome

Checking Your Version:

  1. Open Chrome
  2. At the top right, click the More icon (3 dots)
  3. Select Help > About Google Chrome

Update Your Version:

  1. Open Chrome
  2. At the top right, click the More icon (3 dots)
  3. Select Help > About Google Chrome
  4. Click Update Google Chrome (not visible if you are up to date already)

Mozilla Firefox

Checking Your Version:

  1. Open Firefox
  2. At the top right, click the Menu icon (3 dashes)
  3. Select Help > About Firefox

Update Your Version:

  1. Open Firefox
  2. At the top right, click the Menu icon (3 dashes)
  3. Select Help > About Firefox
  4. Wait for the download to finish
  5. Click Restart to update Firefox

Apple Safari

Checking Your Version: Apple Safari is updated during OS updates.

  1. Open Safari
  2. Select Help > About Safari

Update Your Version:

  1. Open your System Preferences
  2. Click Software Update
  3. Click Update Now (if available)

Opera

Checking Your Version:

  1. Open Opera
  2. At the top left click Menu (Opera icon)
  3. Select Help > About Opera

Update Your Version:

  1. Open Opera
  2. At the top left click Menu (Opera icon)
  3. Select Update & Recovery

Microsoft Edge

Checking Your Version:

  1. Open Edge
  2. At the top right click Menu (three dots)
  3. Select Help And Feedback > About Microsoft Edge

Update Your Version:

  1. Open Edge
  2. At the top right click Menu (three dots)
  3. Select Help And Feedback > About Microsoft Edge
  4. Await the download to finish
  5. Restart Edge
