Email Uplifter Support from the About Uplifter page in Club 1.0 Admin, then follow the reply by email or in the knowledge base.
- An email to support@uplifterinc.com opens a support request, the same as the knowledge base form.
- Your Club 1.0 Admin login and your knowledge base account are separate, each with its own password.
- Emailed requests appear on your knowledge base Requests page once you sign in with the same email address.
Club 1.0 Admin has a Help button for searching the knowledge base, and lists Uplifter Support's contact details on the About Uplifter page. Email Support from there, and follow the reply by email or in the knowledge base.
-
Try Help first
Select Help at the bottom right of Club 1.0 Admin to search the knowledge base without leaving Admin. Recommended articles appear there too, so the answer may already be waiting.
-
Open About Uplifter
There's no Support entry in the Club 1.0 Admin menu. Select About Uplifter in the left menu instead; the support email is at the top of the page.
-
Email Uplifter Support
Select support@uplifterinc.com to start an email. The fastest answers start with:
- your club's name, and that you're on Club 1.0
- what you were trying to do, and what happened instead
- the page link, program name or invoice number involved
Attach screenshots of any error message.
-
Reply to keep it together
Uplifter Support answers by email. Reply to that email to add details or answer a question, and it stays on the same request.
-
Track it in the knowledge base
To see all your requests in one place, sign in to the knowledge base with the email address you wrote from, then select your name and Requests. If you've emailed Support before but never signed in, select Request password on the sign-in page.
If your email isn't working, submit the request from the knowledge base instead: select Submit a request at the top of any page. It works without an account, but only requests sent while signed in appear on your Requests page.
