Group a club’s separate dashboards into a club season, with one registration link and one view of metrics, reports and members.
- A club season gives you one registration link for every registration process in it.
- Every process you add shows the Club / Affiliation tab automatically.
- Members who choose your club during the association membership are prompted to register for the season’s active processes.
If your club runs separate dashboards, by session or training level for example, group them into a club season to see metrics, reports and affiliated members in one place.

Create the season
Open Clubs → Seasons and select Create New Club Season. Enter the Club Season Name and the registration dates.

Add registration processes
Open the season and, on Dashboard Home, select Manage Series in the Registration Processes in this Season box. Select Add Registration Process and pick the processes people can register for together.

Describe the season
Optionally, add a description for the season’s registration page under Club Season Configuration – Content.

Add a multi-registration discount
Optionally, set a discount under Season Registrations Discounts, such as $5 off each registration when someone signs up for two or more programs at once.

Share the link
Select View Registration Page to open the season’s page and copy its link.
