Find and open every Club Dashboard, group dashboards into club seasons and follow each club's affiliation.
- Available on plans that include Club Dashboard — if you don't see it, ask your Uplifter contact.
- Each Club Dashboard is one registration process for one season. A club season groups several of them under one registration link.
- The club list's status filter works on listing status only. There's no filter for registration process status.
- Members can pick a club during an association membership purchase only once Uplifter pairs its Club Dashboard with that association's affiliation.
Find and open every Club Dashboard, group dashboards into club seasons and follow each club's affiliation. Open Clubs in the left menu. Menu labels are set for each site, so yours may differ, such as Programs instead of Clubs/Teams.
What's under Clubs
- Clubs/Teams — the list of all Club Dashboards, one row per dashboard. Open one to reach its tabs: Dashboard, Configuration, Reports, Registrations and Waitlist. Since October 5, 2026, Configuration opens in the same step-by-step setup as an Event Dashboard. The other tabs keep their current layout for now.
- Seasons — club seasons that group separate dashboards, such as one per session or training level, under one registration link with one view of metrics, reports and members. Select Create New Club Season to start one, then follow Combine Club Dashboards into a club season.
- Affiliations — the link between a club and its provincial or territorial sport organization (PTSO) or national sport organization (NSO), from the application to its approval.
Reading a club's status
Every Club Dashboard carries a listing status and a registration process status, and the two always move together. An Approved listing means registration is Active, Draft means Under Construction, Submitted means Submitted and Deactivated means Closed.
Who does what
Clubs run their own dashboards. A club's admins build its registration categories, forms and agreements on the Configuration tab, in the same step-by-step setup as an Event Dashboard. They submit for review from Configuration and start the next season with Clone registration process.
Clubs apply for affiliation. A club starts its application from the link its association sends, or from its own Dashboard tab. Its status and the association's notes show in the Affiliation / Sanctioning panel.
Associations review and approve. A PTSO or NSO reviews the clubs applying to it and sees the list of clubs affiliated with it. Once it approves an application, Uplifter activates the club's dashboard and everyone sees the approval on the club's Dashboard tab.
Uplifter approves go-live. A club selects Submit for review in Configuration and signs the Configuration Agreement as it submits. Uplifter checks the merchant account if the club collects funds, then approves the club in two to five business days so registration can open. Submit For Review on the Dashboard tab is the previous one-click submission. Uplifter then has to email the agreement for signature, which takes longer, and it's the only option for a club that has switched back to the previous layout.
When a club says its registration isn't showing, open its Club Dashboard and check Listing Preview and Registration Configuration Overview on the Dashboard tab first. They show whether the listing is active and whether registration is open.
