When your Club Dashboard is built and tested, select Submit for review in Configuration and work through the Configuration Agreement. Uplifter reviews and approves your club in two to five business days.
- Submit from Configuration. Submit for review in Configuration opens the Configuration Agreement, and submitting signs it. Submit For Review on the Dashboard tab is the previous one-click submission: you then have to wait for an email to sign the agreement, which slows down go-live.
- Review and approval take two to five business days. Registration can't open until Uplifter gives final approval for your Club Dashboard.
- Uplifter checks that your merchant account (Paysafe or Adyen) is active and set up correctly if you collect funds, and connects your dashboard to your association's membership purchase flow.
- Your club is responsible for any insurance requirements from your private insurer or sports sanctioning body. Your club or sanctioning body sets up any membership registration rules.
- Your association has no go-live access to your Club Dashboard, even when your club is affiliated.
Open Clubs → Clubs/Teams in the left menu, open the Club Dashboard you're getting ready, then select Configuration.

Finish the required setup
Every page under Required Setup needs a check mark: Date & Location, Financials, Contact Information, Registration Page, Listing Categories and Registration Categories. A yellow warning means that page still needs work.
In Date & Location, check when registration opens and closes. In Financials, set your taxes and processing fees and decide who pays the fee: the member in the final cart, or your club. A fee your club absorbs comes out of your payout and shows on the order, not to members.
-
Review the page and emails
In Registration Page, check the registration page description, your logo and the confirmation email members receive. Select View registration page at the top of the page to see it as members will.
-
Add your programs
Set up what members register for:
- registration categories, each with its own price, age range and dates (Manage registration categories on Event Dashboard)
- membership registration rules in Registration Rules, if members need an association membership
- registration forms (Create or update registration forms)
- club waivers (Set up digital agreements in event/club dashboards)
- a store or Mailchimp, if you use them (Connect Mailchimp to a Club Dashboard or Event Dashboard)
Leave the association's membership fee out of your prices; it's offered in the same cart.
-
Test the registration
From the registration page, register once as an adult and once as a junior, using your own profile or Register someone else. Start with an empty cart and stop before Submit and Complete. Cancel any test you complete by mistake. See Test your registration before going live.
-
Select Submit for review
It's at the top right of Configuration. The Configuration Agreement opens.
-
Check each page of the agreement
Select Next to move through General Information (club name, registration link, dates and location), Contact Information, Financial Information (payment processor account, fees and tax), Agreement Terms, Registration Categories (capacity, prices and discounts) and Stores/Add Ons. If something is wrong, select Cancel, fix it in Configuration and start again.
-
Submit your club
On the last page, review the summary and select Submit for review. Submitting signs the agreement, so there's no paper or email to sign. The listing shows Submitted, and Uplifter completes the checks above within two to five business days. The membership connection fills your Affiliations tab and puts your club name on each member's card. Once approved, the listing shows Approved and registration opens on the dates you set.
On the previous layout? If you've switched back to the previous layout, you can only submit from the Dashboard tab. Select Submit For Review, then sign the Configuration Agreement from the email Uplifter Customer Support sends you.
Next season, select Clone registration process instead of starting over.
