As a club admin, register several of your athletes for their association membership in one cart and pay for them together.
- Register no more than 20 people per cart. A larger cart can time out while it loads. With more than 20 athletes, pay for the first 20, then start again for the rest.
- Use each person’s existing profile. If the athlete already has an account, choose their profile when it’s offered, so you don’t create a duplicate.
- Pick your club at the affiliation step. If your athletes must be affiliated with your club, search for your club’s name when you reach the membership affiliation step.
- With direct affiliation payments, each organization is paid separately. If your association uses them, the national sport organization (NSO) and the provincial or territorial sport organization (PTSO) each get their own order, and your card shows two charges.
As a club admin, register your club members for their association membership in one cart, then pay for all of them at once.
-
Open the membership page
Sign in with your own account and open your association’s membership registration page, from the link your association gives you.
-
Register the first athlete
Select Register Someone Else and fill in the athlete’s details. Use their own email address, so their waivers and confirmation reach them. If they already have a profile, select it when the system offers it.
-
Follow the registration
Choose the membership type, answer the questions and complete each step. At the membership affiliation step, search for your club and select it, if your association asks for one.
-
Add the next athlete
After the first athlete, choose to add another membership or register someone else, and repeat steps 2 and 3. Stop at 20 people.
-
Pay for the cart
Go to the cart, check every membership in it and pay. The confirmation emails go out once the order is complete.
If your association uses direct affiliation payments
The cart lists the NSO’s portion and the PTSO’s portion as separate lines. The receipt shows two orders, each with its own order number, and your card shows two charges. To refund a membership later, each organization refunds its own portion; see Refund a membership when direct affiliation payments are active.
If your club pays later through a payment group
Some associations let a club pay its members’ fees later on one invoice, through a payment group. In that case, each member registers with the passcode you give them and the fees go on your club’s invoice; see Register an athlete or coach membership through a payment group.
For how the national and provincial portions are paid and refunded, see Direct affiliation payments for provincial and national association memberships.
