What Paysafe checks once you sign, how long the back-and-forth can run, and why an approved account doesn't turn green in Uplifter straight away.
- Paysafe emails your Primary contact, nobody else. Watch that inbox.
- An application is withdrawn after 30 days with no reply. Any reply, even "still working on it," keeps it open for as long as the conversation runs.
- Approval is emailed to you and Uplifter at the same time.
- Your account shows as APPROVED only after your first payout. Until then it's live, but the indicator hasn't caught up.
What Paysafe checks once you sign, how long the back-and-forth can run, and why an approved account doesn't turn green in Uplifter straight away.
What Paysafe checks
Paysafe confirms that every name matches, then runs identity and business verification (KYC and KYB) on the organization, the people you named and the bank account, as FINTRAC and anti-money-laundering rules require. That includes screening against sanctions lists. Most applications clear automatically. Some need document uploads, and some go to manual review when a detail doesn't match third-party records.
What to do if Paysafe asks for more
The underwriting team emails your Primary contact. Reply to platformonboarding@paysafe.com promptly, even just to say you're gathering the document. The 30-day withdrawal only happens in silence.
Why the account isn't green yet
Paysafe's integration reports status to Uplifter through payouts, so your Event Dashboard keeps showing the account as pending until the first payout runs. The account can take payments in the meantime. This is normal and expected.
What to do while you wait
- Set your payout frequency — so you know when funds will land.
- Keep building your dashboard — finish your Event or Club Dashboard and use Submit for Review, so Uplifter Support can activate it once Paysafe approves you.
If the exchange with Paysafe stalls, contact Uplifter Support at support@uplifterinc.com or your Onboarding Specialist at onboarding@uplifterinc.com.
