Register every member of a roster in an event in one pass, with one billing contact paying for them all.
- A bulk registration starts from a roster, so the roster has to exist before you can register it.
- A Registrar on a roster can bulk-register its members but can't edit the roster. Only its Administrators can.
- Once a bulk registration is Completed, a Registrar can't change it. Only the event organizer can edit it or see its billing details.
- Bulk Registrations is only available on AthleticsReg. Other platforms don't have this menu.
Register every member of a roster in an event in one pass, with one billing contact paying for them all. On AthleticsReg, open Bulk Registrations in the left menu.
What you'll find here
The menu opens on the bulk registrations you've already created. Select one to open its details.
- Create New Bulk Registration: search for the roster and select Next, pick the event and select Next, then choose the billing contact who'll be charged, fill in or pick their billing address, and select Confirm and proceed.
- View Payment Group: the payment group the bulk registration is charged to. See Manage payment groups as an association admin.
- Add Registration: add a member to the bulk registration by hand.
- Details and Remove: open one participant's registration, or take them out of the bulk registration.
A bulk registration completes once every participant has met its requirements (waivers, registrations, transactions and any additional requirements). The total is then charged to the payment group.
Where rosters come from
There's no roster builder in this menu. Rosters live on the Rosters tab of Results Management, where an Administrator selects Create New Roster, gives it a name, type, category and dates, then adds members with Add Participants. With Is dynamic list active? turned on, members join the roster automatically when they match every Membership Organization, status and type you set.
To let someone bulk-register a roster, its Administrator selects Add Users and gives them the Registrar permission. A Registrar sees only the roster's Participants section. If a Registrar can't see a roster, they haven't been added to it yet.
Looking for an import?
The import guides sit in this section of the knowledge base, but no import runs from this menu. Each has its own button:
- Memberships: Import Memberships on the membership organization under Memberships, or on your club under Clubs. Your association has to allow it, it's a paid setup add-on, and Uplifter then turns it on. Until then the button doesn't appear. See Import memberships in bulk.
- Certification course completions: Events → Import Course Records, from a CSV file. See Import certification course records manually.
- Profile attribute values, such as a coach's training dates: Import Attribute Records on the people list, from a CSV file.
- Results: Import results in Results Management, from the CSV template for the season and discipline.
