Pull the CSS report and the skaters' music files for a Skate Canada competition on Club 1.0, then purge music, archive the season and delete old fees before the next competition.
- The CSS report is the Competition Event Export - Registered Participants For Skate Canada - CSS Export. Excel gives your technician the entries; ZIP gives you the music files, already sorted and renamed.
- Some filters fill themselves. The report adds any custom field whose name contains "Team Name", "Team Skate Canada Number", "Club" or "Interpretive". You can remove or add fields.
- Download the music before you purge it. Purging deletes every file in the field.
- Archived seasons can be restored. Deleted fees can’t.
To report on a competition on Club 1.0, filter the CSS report to the competition, download it for your technician, download the music files, then clean up before the next competition.

Clean up between competitions
-
Purge the music
Once you’ve saved the music, select Settings → Global Settings → Custom Fields and edit the music field. At the bottom of the form, select Delete all values assigned to this custom field.
-
Archive the season
Select Products & Programs → Seasons, choose the competition, select Edit and then Archive at the bottom of the form. The season and its events are tucked away, which speeds up your site. To bring one back, select the Restore icon on the same page. You can also copy an archived season without restoring it.
-
Delete old fees
Select Products & Programs → Products & Subscriptions, filter to the past competition’s fees and select Delete on each. You can still report on their sales.
