How clubs set up on Uplifter on their own, and when to email club onboarding for unique configuration.
- Club setup is self-serve. The guides take you from choosing your platform to your first registration.
- During setup, email onboarding@uplifterinc.com when your club needs unique configuration, such as payment groups.
- Registration money goes into your club's merchant account, so set it up before you open registration.
- If your club affiliates with an association, your association sets the membership registration rules. You set them only where its policy allows.
Clubs set themselves up on Uplifter with the Club Admin Guide and the guides for their platform. Our club onboarding team steps in when your setup needs something the guides don't cover.
Setting up on your own
- Find your platform. Which platform do I use? tells you whether you follow the Enterprise Club Dashboard, Club 1.0 or Club 2.0 guides.
- Follow the setup order. The Club Admin Guide walks through admin access, affiliation, payments and registration, in the order each one depends on.
- Know who does what. Who does what: Uplifter, associations and clubs covers what your association sets and what's yours.
When to contact club onboarding
Email onboarding@uplifterinc.com during setup when your club needs configuration you can't do yourself, such as payment groups. Include your club's name, your sport, your platform, what you need configured and when you'd like to open registration.
Getting help after you open
Once you're taking registrations, day-to-day help comes from Uplifter Support at support@uplifterinc.com or Live Chat, with a first reply within 72 hours. See Submit a support request from Enterprise Admin or Submit a support request from Club 1.0 Admin.
If no guide covers what you need, that's usually a sign it needs configuration. Describe it in your email to club onboarding and we'll tell you how it's set up.
