Which platform your club and your sport organization run on, where each one's member guides live, and how to reach us when a guide isn't enough.
- Your club lives on one of three platforms: Enterprise, inside its sport organization's portal; Club 1.0; or Club 2.0. The page you sign in on tells you which.
- Provincial and national memberships are always on Enterprise, under your sport's name. Many families use two platforms: one for the membership, one for the club.
- One login holds your whole family on every platform. Memberships and registrations attach to each person's profile.
- Some changes, such as refunds, transfers and membership corrections, can only be made by your club or sanctioning body. Our agreement with each sport reserves them; we'll connect you.
Every platform has its own guides for the everyday tasks: signing in, renewing, registering a child, finding a receipt. This page gets you to the right set in one step, and tells you how to reach us when a guide isn't enough.

Not sure which platform you're on? Your last confirmation email names the site, and Which Uplifter platform do I use? matches your sport to it.
- Enterprise — you signed in on your sport's site, such as your provincial or national organization's membership or event page. Start with the Everyday tasks for members and parents, then browse For Members for the rest.
- Club 1.0 — you signed in on your club's own website, on the older platform. The member experience on Club 1.0 walks through the account, and the Club 1.0 category holds the rest. Your club's staff are your first call for anything about a program.
- Club 2.0 — you signed in on your club's own website, on the new platform. Its family guides live at docs.uplifter.app; start with What is the Uplifter parent portal?

If a guide doesn't answer it, submit a request. Name your sport, your organization or club, the address of the site you signed in to, and what you were trying to do. We aim to reply to every inquiry with care and promptness, in order of priority and severity. When the answer sits with your club or sanctioning body, we'll say so and connect you with them for the follow-up, so you don't have to work out who to ask.
Sign in to this knowledge base before you submit, and the request appears on your Requests page with its status, so you can follow its progress without searching your inbox.
One thing no guide can do: change which platform your club or organization uses. If the site you expected isn't the one you land on, the club or organization has moved, and their staff can confirm where to sign in now.
