The stages from signed agreement to go-live on the Enterprise Portal, what we need from you at each one, and who to contact.
- During setup, your contact is partneronboarding@uplifterinc.com. After go-live, it's Partner Support.
- Your configuration data is due on the date agreed in your scoping document. Late data moves your go-live date.
- The scoping document and configuration workbook don't change your agreement. Anything new needs a change order.
- Past transactions aren't imported. Your payment history stays in your previous system.
This is the path from a signed agreement to your first live registration on the Enterprise Portal. Your Implementation Specialist sets a target date for each stage, counted from the day you signed, and walks you through every one.
-
Meet your Implementation Specialist
After you sign your Master Services and Subscription Agreement, Schedule A (your Statement of Work) and the Data Processing Addendum, our sales team holds a welcome call that introduces your Implementation Specialist, your contact until go-live. From then on, send your setup questions to partneronboarding@uplifterinc.com.
-
Agree your timeline
Your Implementation Specialist sends your scoping document and a configuration workbook for each product we configure for you, and agrees target dates with you. Name the people who'll make decisions:
- a project lead, who sends one consolidated set of feedback
- whoever owns your membership types, prices and eligibility rules
- your finance lead, for the merchant account, GL codes, taxes and refunds
- whoever can export your current member records
- whoever writes or approves your French content, if your agreement includes it
-
Confirm your scoping document
It records the decisions only you can make, such as who pays transaction fees, whether your membership year runs by calendar, season or 365 days, whether memberships issue automatically or wait for approval, your refund policy and any fee split with a parent organization. It also sets the date your configuration data is due and lists what's still outstanding, with an owner and a date. Confirm it by replying to your Implementation Specialist's email; there's nothing to sign.
-
Complete your configuration workbook
The workbook holds the data itself, in plain language. Enter something once and it fills every tab that needs it, and the Progress tab shows what's left. For Membership it covers:
- membership types, prices, eligibility, discounts and add-ons
- financial accounts, GL codes and tax rules
- surveys, waivers and agreements, and confirmation emails
- requirements for each membership type, and region mapping if zones are in your agreement
- your current member records, with their legacy member IDs
We invite you to share your completed configuration workbook and other assets, such as logos, colours and member files, with us so we can store them for future reference. Self-serve products such as Event and Club Dashboards get a one-page scoping document instead of a workbook.
-
Set up your merchant account
Start this early: it often takes longest. See Set up a Paysafe merchant account or Set up your Stripe merchant account, then Verify your organization's email address with Amazon SES so confirmation emails come from you.
-
We import and configure
We import your members from the workbook, mapped to your regions where zones apply, and build everything your Schedule A lists as configured for you: membership types, pricing, requirements, surveys, waivers, emails and financial accounts. You set up self-serve areas yourself, with our guidance. Configuration includes an agreed number of review rounds.
-
Test in staging
We test first. Then you test in staging, a copy of the portal where nothing is charged and no member sees your changes. Check that registration completes for every membership type, prices and taxes are right, imported records are complete, requirements hold and release memberships, and emails read correctly in every language. Send one consolidated list of feedback within the agreed testing window.
-
Train your admins
Training covers everything in your agreement, typically in three sessions: administration (members, approvals and reporting), finance (refunds, coupons and reconciliation) and self-serve setup (branding, pages and emails). Have each person accept their admin invitation first. Extra training is available at the rate in your Schedule A.
We also set up your organization's account in Zendesk, our support system, and add each admin you name. Their requests then reach Partner Support with your organization's response target, and they can track every request from the knowledge base. Tell us when your admins change so we can keep the list current.
-
Go live
If your agreement includes a preliminary launch, we open to selected users or membership types first. At full launch every membership type opens across your regions and clubs. Implementation is complete when your data is accurate, memberships work as intended, your admins can run the portal on their own and nothing critical is open.
After go-live, day-to-day help comes from Partner Support at partnersupport@uplifterinc.com or Live Chat, 8 AM to 8 PM PT, with a first reply within 4 business hours: see Submit a support request from Enterprise Admin. Let us know before a busy season opening, and send changes to your setup as a change request.
