Change the card on a recurring payment, or cancel the subscription, from Subscriptions / Recurring Billing.
Must know
- You can edit or cancel only if the organization set the subscription up as editable. No buttons? Contact the organization.
- Subscriptions are under your name, not under your memberships.
- A cancelled subscription shows Cancelled in your list.
Change the card on a recurring payment, or cancel the subscription, from your account.

Open your subscriptions
Point to your name at the top right and select Subscriptions / Recurring Billing.

Open the subscription
Select the subscription you want to change.

Update the card
Select Edit Subscription, enter your new card details and save.

Or cancel it
Select Cancel Subscription and confirm. You’ll see a confirmation message.
If neither Edit Subscription nor Cancel Subscription appears, the organization manages the subscription for you. Ask your club or membership organization to make the change.
